How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be at least 18.

Is the deposit refundable?
A deposit is only refundable after you finish your lease and leave the apartment in the same shape it was when you moved in.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
We have the capability for you to fill out an application online, or you may come into our office and we will hand you an application; we will also go over our criteria.

How do I pay rent?
You can pay with a money order, debit card or electronically using your tenant login.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You must have the pet approved by the office and pay a nonrefundable pet fee.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Come into the office and as long as your roommate meets the qualifications, we will remove you from the lease with the appropriate paperwork.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You must submit a 30 day written notice, submit a forwarding address, and turn in your keys at the end of your 30-days.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
That depends on the nature of the call out. If it is caused by wear and tear, we will be responsible. If it was caused by the tenant, then they will be responsible.
